The event was inaugurated on Wednesday at the headquarters of the Bogotá City Archives.
The Mayor of this city, Samuel Moreno, delivered the inaugural speech, which was attended by ministers, secretaries and officials from the Colombian government and the City Hall, as well as by the diplomatic corps accredited in that nation.
Cuba was represented by the Cultural attaché of Havana’s Embassy to Bogotá, Miguel Jiménez, and by artists from the country accompanied by some of their works.
The 37 embassies in Bogotá are participating in this Fair with different cultural expressions and gastronomic offerings, which turn the event into the largest of its kind held in the Colombian capital.
