Although not without certain obstacles because of a still rooted male chauvinism in some segments of the population, the programs shows significant results in the women’s incorporation into wage labor, into high positions in management and in the Government in this Cuban eastren city.
In this effort, the municipal authorities agree with the Federation of Cuban Women (FMC) on the fact that is necessary to encourage capabilities in nursery schools
