The Puerto Rican duo Calle 13 will perform a concert in Cuba next March, announced the vocalist and composer Rene Perez from Los Angeles, according to a note by the Mexican newspaper “El Informador.”

"It is not a concert for peace" as Juanes did. It is simply a party (crazy, as the song says). We will invite some artists.  
The event will be with Calle 13 and its followers in Havana.

We wanted to do the concert at this time but we have not some privileges to travel there, Puerto Ricans are not as free as you Mexicans, but we will go to Cuba,” Ryan said.

The musicians were not allowed by the U.S. government to travel to the island this month, where the documentary Sin Mapa was submitted during the International Film Festival of New Latin American Cinema. Calle 13 will come to Cuba in March.
