Cuba restoring its forest population

Cuba works to restore its forests, today covering one fourth its territory, via analogous forestation.
Orlidia Echevarria, specialist from the Forestry Research Institute, said at a workshop that the technique stretches beyond forestry and trees to comprehend the entire ecosystem, including humans.
Other specialists also called at the workshop to use the method to recover areas degraded through mining and constructions.
