The festival will exhibit this year Cuban films like Doce sillas, Las muerte de un burócrata, Lucia, De cierta manera, Un hombre de éxito, Una novia para David, En tres y dos, Personal belongings and El Benny.
The films En tres y dos and El Benny repeat with last year´s programming. It is perfectly justifiable by the acceptance of both in the previous festival and the interest of the Japanese for baseball and Cuban music.
Sapporo is the capital city of the island of Hokkaido, the northernmost of Japan´s archipelago. Consequently, it is one of the coldest regions of the great country and perfect scenery for a variety of winter activities. The Cuban film represents a note of "heat" in this scenario.
