The ancient city of Trinidad is now celebrating the 496th anniversary of its foundation with a tourism fair started on Saturday.

Performances by local artists have been scheduled for the one-week event, also including farmers’  shows and presentation of various types of wines and cigars

Different tourism chains attend the celebration such as Palmares, Caracol, Cubanacan, travel agencies, MARLIN Marina as well as some other institutions supporting the fair.  

Trinidad city offers a tourism product characterized by the patrimonial, historic and cultural values, which turns this territory into one of the most demanded both by Cuban and foreign tourists.
