Malaysian Leader Extols Cuban Health

The Malaysian leader highlighted the importance of Cuban vaccines and asserted to be aware of the significant progress made in this Caribbean island, during an interview that Juventud Rebelde daily published on Thursday.
He mentioned the research works carried out by the Finlay Institute in Cuba and Malaysia University of Science to obtain a vaccine against tuberculosis.
According to the member of the Supreme Council of the mentioned organization, the businessmen accompanying him are interested in cooperating with this Cuban center, regarding research about dengue.
We hope that the possible finds can contribute to life improvement in the future, he affirmed.
He thanked the Cuban Communist Party and the government for giving him the opportunity to visit Cuba and assured that he would contribute to keep tightening the excellent relations between both nations.
