Hugo Martinez, Foreign Minister from the Republic of El Salvador, will arrive in Havana on Thursday for an official visit, at the invitation of his Cuban counterpart, Bruno Rodriguez.
   
During his stay, the distinguished visitor will hold talks with the island’s FM and will
open the embassy of El Salvador in Cuba, the Granma newspaper reports.
