During a ceremony to bid farewell to 52 Cuban experts, Caracas Electricity official Ana Ramirez highlighted the Cubans' effort and solidarity.
"They were wonderful, as they worked tirelessly, always showing their willingness to collaborate," Ramirez told Venezolana de Television.
According to Ramirez, the new stage is near completion, as they are close to achieve the target of 50 million high-energy consuming incandescent light bulbs replaced.
