Cuban National Ballet will have a tour of Great Britain and France by the end of March to May, reported on Friday sources of the company headed by Alicia Alonso, Prima Ballerina Asoluta.

The tour includes performances at Coliseum Theatre in London, at Lowry in Manchester and in Birmingham, Cardiff and the Centre des Arts Enghiens-les-Baines in Paris.

The company's repertoire includes two well-known classics: Swan Lake and Giselle, choreographic version of Alicia Alonso from the original of Coralli-Perrot.

They will also dance the Magic of Dance, anthology of the most important moments of the ballet.

Before going to Europe, the company will perform at the opening ceremony of the Second Caribbean Dance Biennial, dedicated to Alicia Alonso.
