Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez heads the island’s delegation that attends the “International Donors’ Conference Towards a New Future for Haiti” that takes place today in the United Nations headquarters in New York.

Cuba has been invited to participate in this meeting in recognition of its record of cooperation with the people of Haiti and its current efforts in the reconstruction of the neighboring country’s health system, Granma newspaper reports.
