The Commercial Siboney exporting company, from the Cuban Ministry of Construction, is participating at the Construction International Fair FECONS 2010, underway in this city, showing increased sale reports and offers.

Orestes Rodriguez, director of exports from the institution, told ACN news agency that the company sales have had back-to-back 15 percent growth years while introducing 12 new exportable products.

He said doing business with Uruguay, Panama, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Mexico, Ecuador, Spain and Italy as well as with China.

Rodriguez said the company's priority is to extend its action to the other Caribbean countries.

Comercial Siboney is responsible for the sale on the international market of Cuban products from the industrial system of construction, including marble, additives for concrete and welded steel mesh.

The official added that the exporting companies are fortified when they attend these trade fairs because it is another opportunity to talk directly with customers, and catch the attention of new firms.
