A Fulton man was arrested this week after a bank robbery in Cuba, Mo. Lt. James Remillard of the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the man who robbed the First National Bank of Cuba drove off in a white Dodge Grand Caravan with Missouri license
plates.
Less than an hour later, a trooper stopped that same type of mini van and discovered a loaded handgun and cash believed to be from the Cuba bank.
The patrol says the description of the suspect and the vehicle matched descriptions from five other bank robberies. They took place in Moberly, Sedalia, Rolla, Chillicothe and El Dorado Springs between March 2009 and this past April.
