Authorities and experts from 37 countries today dialogue on reducing vulnerabilities and international cooperation in the VIII International Congress on Disaster welcomes Cuba for four days.
Until next Friday delegates discussed at the Havana Palace of Conventions on the identification, assessment and disaster risk reduction, the role of disclosure, cooperation and assistance, organizers said.
The Caribbean island prepares for a predicted as active hurricane season, which began on June 1 and last until 30 November, and after having emerged unscathed from the front.
