Brazilian Airline to Join Cuba, Argentine

The GOL Brazilian Airline started Saturday operations in Cuba with an opening flight that will land at the International Airport in Santa Clara Central City, eastern side of the country.
According to a communiqué of the Cuban Ministry of Turism the connection will join the Greater Antilles with Argentina and will be flying until March, 2011.
The operation will be provided with a Boeing 767 plane with 246 seats and will depart from Buenos Aires Friday night to reach its destiny Saturday in the morning.
The main tour-operators begging for this new connection are Havanatur and Sol y Son Argentine Julia Tours, Solways, Eurovips, Top Dest, Soles and Freeway, emphasized a note of the National Press Agency.
The Freeway president and the Argentinian Tour Operators Association Eduardo Carey will be leading the opening flight.
