The Council of State of the Republic of Cuba agreed to call an extraordinary session of the National Assembly (Parliament) to analyze topics of interest linked to the current international situation.
 
Granma and Juventud Rebelde newspapers report that the meeting is scheduled for Saturday, August 7, at Havana’s Convention Center.
