Silver Medal for Cuban Circus Artists in Hanoi

Havana, Cuba, Aug 12 (acn) The Reik Duo of strength acrobatics, a member of the Cuban National Circus (CNC), obtained the silver medal in the 3rd International Circus Festival held in the city of Hanoi, the Vietnamese capital.

The young acrobats, who usually present their show at the famous Tropicana Cabaret, were feted by the public of that Asian nation, which congratulated them with a long applause.

Ernesto Arencibia and Raiko Hernandez, the members of the duo, will perform the same act they presented in Hanoi during the fourth day of competitions of the Circuba 2010 Festival, according to information provided by the CNC's Department of International Relations.

The competitive performance has been scheduled for Saturday, 8:00 p.m., at Havana's Trompoloco Big Top.
