International Days of Action demanding freedom for the Cuban Five will take place from Thursday, Sept. 9, to Monday, Sept. 13, marking the start of the 12th year of their unjust imprisonment in federal prison. In Washington, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Boston, Albuquerque, Chicago, Philadelphia and many other cities there will be protests, rallies, mass leafletting and petitioning. The demonstrations are sponsored by the ANSWER Coalition, the National Committee to Free the Five and others.
