2010.11.26 - 18:22:43 / [email protected]. HAVANA, Cuba. - The Japanese Globe Trotter news agency has published a tourist guide in Japanese language that offers general and updated information on Cuba and promotes its most notable tourist attractions.
For the first time, the agency, which has made several publications on Cuba, dedicates an extensive section to the Caribbean island, under the title “Cuba and the Caribbean islands.”
The tourist guide, with an annual print run of 80,000 copies, is distributed in several points of sale throughout Japan, and it’s especially aimed at travellers choosing the Caribbean region as their tourist destination, the cubaminrex Web site reports. Globe Trotter executives recently visited the island, on the occasion of the Cuba 2010 International Tourism Fair.
