Cuba, China Ink Sugar Deals for 2011

Por Dayami Interián García. viernes, 10 de diciembre de 2010.Beijing, Dec 10 (Prensa Latina) China, the largest market for Cuban sugar, signed contracts with Cuba on Friday for the import of that product in 2011.

Representatives of the companies COFCO, Cubazucar, and Caisa ratified their willingness to comply with the new agreements, which were signed in the Cuban Embassy in Beijing.

Sugar is one of the main products of bilateral trade, not only in volume but also because it has been a key item of that commerce since Cuban and Chinese diplomatic relations were established 50 years ago.
