Cuban Cyclists Training for Tour of Chile

Escrito por Yllen Riquelme.11 de enero de 2011, 16:23Havana, Jan 11 (Prensa Latina) The best members of the Cuban cycling team for middle distance events are training to participate in the Tour of Chile, Jit sports website reported.

The team is formed by experienced Reldy Perez, Jan Carlos Arias and Pedro Sibila, and rookies Ruben Companioni, Ramon Martin and Leandro Marcos.

The staff is completed by coach Antonio Madera, assistant coach Juan Carlos Romeo, doctor Pedro Rodriguez and mechanic Miguel Jimenez.

The tour of Chile will take place next January 27-February 6 and is a good opportunity for Cuban cyclists to train for the next 16th Pan American Games Guadalajara 2011.The Tour of Chile will begin in Arica and will cover 1,200km.mh/yrc/ycv.
