From 1 to 3 February in Havana develop the first National Guitar. Identities with the event name from experts to welcome new talent to bring to life the day.
The event aims to promote, from the guitar, artistic values, the update regarding the latest trends in shapes and styles, and exchange between performers, composers and audiences, said the event's Organizing Committee.
The opening concert is scheduled for tomorrow at four o'clock in the afternoon at the Casa del ALBA Cultural, Villena beside Room of the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba UNEAC) and Casa de las Americas, are permanent headquarters ecuentran.
Concerts and lectures comprise the program of Identities, an occasion which have confirmed their attendance figures and dedicated novice teachers, including those found Jesus Ortega and Sonantas Habaneras Guitar Orchestra, Eduardo Martín, Rosa Matos, Freddy Perez, and Jorge Luis Chicoy.
Also be presented Luis Manuel Molina, Savarez Duo, Trio Alter Ego, Bayado Quartet, Duo Bona Fide, Duo Contrasts and outstanding students of music schools in Havana and the Instituto Superior de Arte.
Organized by the Association of Musicians of the UNEAC, the event is chaired by Guido Lopez Gavilan teacher, and has the artistic direction of master guitarists and composers Eduardo Perez and Freddy Martin.
