The move Tuesday the Attorney General of Cuba, Dario Delgado, visited the Bolivarian University of Venezuela located in Caracas as part of tax sharing between the two nations.

In the prestigious university, Delgado was accompanied by his Venezuelan counterpart, Luisa Ortega Diaz, and both attended a conference there on the constitutional history of Cuba, given by Homero Acosta, secretary of the State Council on the Caribbean island.

The Cuban delegation arrived prosecution last Wednesday in this capital and that same day Delgado and Ortega signed an agreement between the two legal entities.

This agreement legalized, standard and implements the working relationship between the two parties, and given a new impetus, while the sector is a contribution to strengthening the legal ties between the two countries, said the Attorney General of Cuba.

Meanwhile, Luisa Ortega said the agreement allows the exchange of experiences in the legal, forensic and litigation that will help raise the academic level of officials of the two entities.

Among other things, the attorney general of Venezuela cited the agreement will enable to know Cuba's long experience in the practice of oral trials, which will be very useful to Venezuela.

He also highlighted the exchange of experiences in the social aspect because, he said "the right is inseparable from the social aspects" and "there must be social justice."

Ortega said that already have exchanged some experiences with these issues and "we some conclusions that I'm sure that will strengthen the judicial process in both countries. At least we hope so."

After his arrival in Caracas, the Cuban delegation to the prosecution, among other activities, visited the Technical Advisory Unit, Scientific Research and the Public Ministry and the University Experimental Safety (UNESCO) and the headquarters of the National Assembly.
