Cuban cyclist Arlenis Sierra finished second earning a silver medal on Wednesday 21 at the Grand Prix GSB (Grand Saint Bernard) held in El Salvador.
Sierra, Guadalajara 2011 Pan-American monarch, completed the 100 miles just 30 seconds apart in the local Evelyn Garcia (3:00.34 hours), one of the main hopes of the country in the face of the five rings concert next summer in the British capital, said the official event website.
