Cuban show Viva la vida welcomed in Hamburg

Cuban Contemporary Endedans Ballet Company directed by Tania Vergara returned to Hamburg, Germany presenting the world premiere of Viva la vida , which received a warm reception of the public who keeps applauding for several minutes.
The Company has performed at the Schmitd Tivoli Theatre for a public eager to appreciate Cuban dance and music through a show which lasts almost two hours recreating the dancer’s relations.
This time, the Camaguey province dance company performs together with the well known group Musicora directed by Maestro Humberto García Braña. Endedans shows a different facet although exhibiting its preference for an almost narrative use of gestures and the creation of popular sequences with a contemporary language.
Local press has highlighted the creativity of choreographer and director Tania Vergara , the outstanding performance of soloists Lisandra Gómez, Eliosmayquer Orozco and Jesús Arias, and Musicora´s virtuosity.
Heiko Kammerhoff from the Morgen Post journal qualifies Endedans as ¨ an excellent passionate Cuban company¨, while journalist Katia Schwemmers praised Eliosmayquer Orozco technique´s excellence.
Endedans will close its presentations on July 28 and will be retuning to Cuba to continue its national presentations.
