Cuba Begins 2012 Population Census

According to officials from the National Bureau of Statistics and Information (ONEI), count will start simultaneously in all Cuban territory at that time, which will be run until September 24, the daily says.
Data collected by census takers who will participate in the 2012 National Census, must refer exclusively to the mentioned instant, because it concern a "snapshot" of the existing population at that time.
That is, all people born after that time will be out of the count, Granma said.
To perform the statistical research, the country has opened over 1,578 census areas, which once the exercise has concluded, the people working there should revisit the homes from September 29 to October 8, to assess whether there were omissions or duplications of dwellings or people, and the quality of those responses.
