Experts from 25 countries of the world will take part at the First International Conference on Autism and Inclusion, to take place July 2-5, at Havana’s Conventions Hall.
The forum is sponsored by the Latin American Special Education Reference Center (CELAEE) and backed by the World Association of Special Education.
CELAEE director, Doctor Santiago Borges, told reporters that the forum will also include a workshop on the diagnosis for quality educative attention, and the Meeting of Families with Autistic members, along several international courses.
Delegates to the conference will consider the most recent scientific advancements in dealing with Autism, the expert said.
Autism appears during the first years of life and it affects communication capacity, social relations and favors repetitive behavior patterns.
