As part of the Sixth Festiva Leo Brouwer for Chamber Music the Argentine singer Fito Paez gave a concert at Havana's Karl Marx Theater that left more than one breathless and in tears.

On October 1 at 9pm an accumulated crowd waiting outside the theater to see one of the magnificent performances of Fito in Havana. The sequence chosen and repertoire were perfect to inspire more than a soul present there.  

"Fito fits right into town. And she offers her skin to his songs, his hands and his piano, the caress. It offers the sky, and a batch of its clouds, so that he falls into a downpour with his verses and a dress and undress you love. Clearly, the city and Fito are intimate." Were the words of one of his admirers who was stunned after the performance.
