Outsider Art in Cuba opened last November 20 Echoes of the unconscious exhibition at the Embassy of Spain in Havana. The exhibition brings together a selection of 40 pieces, including paintings, sculptures and installations and it will remain open until December 14.

"On Thursday at the embassy" will be dedicated to the Art Brut or Outsider Art in Cuba, organized by John Martin, president of the National Association of the Mentally Ill Art. The President of the Art Brut Project Foundation, Daniel Klein, will talked about the transcendent of this project.

Also, the short documentary Gallo ¡La vida otra vez!, edited and produced by Art Brut Project Foundation will be presented. The audiovisual approaches the figure of the Cuban artist Hector Pascual Gallo Portieles. There will also be a musical performance by the duo Buena Fe.
