Hanser Garcia left out of the final at the World Swimming Championship

Cuban Hanser Garcia was out of the discussion of the medals in the 100 meter freestyle, for the World Swimming Championships in short course pool, located in the city of Doha, Qatar.
Winner in Central American and Caribbean Games Veracruz 2014, Garcia made the fifteenth best record in the preliminaries lap of 47.73 seconds to advance to the semifinals among 150 competitors.
Already in the discussion of tickets to the final Hanser stopped the clocks at 47.59 seconds, to fill the seat 14 and be excluded from the decisive stage.
Brazilian Cesar Cielo Filho (46.21) and Joao De Lucca (46.29) advanced by that order to the end of hectómetro in freestyle with the two best times, escorted by the French Florent Manaudou (46.37), London 2012 Olympic champion in the distance of 50 meters.
Also qualified for the dispute of the medals Tommaso D'Orsogna Australian (46.40) and Cameron McEvoy (46.68), Russian Danila Izotov (46.45), the Japanese Shinri Shioura (46.70) and the Belgian Pieter Timmers (46.82).
With this result, Hanser Garcia fell short of his performance in the 2012 edition, held in the Turkish city of Istanbul, where he agreed to the final and finished in sixth place, fairly dominated by Russian Vladimir Morozov.
