National Baseball Series restarts in Cuba

The National Baseball Series was resumed to complete the 12 days it has left in the preliminary phase. After a few days of interruption for the Central American Games teams on the island are ready to fight for a spot in the second round.
To finish the qualifiers Matanzas, leaders of the Series, with record of 22 wins and 11 losses, faces Santiago de Cuba (16-17), while Granma (18-11) travels to Artemisa (20-13) .
Furthermore, Industriales (18-15) seek to consolidate between outposts to face the squad Cienfuegos (14-19), while Villa Clara (17-15) seek to negotiate a positive balance on its visit to Sancti Spiritus (14 -18).
Win needed to improve their chances of accessing the second round, Pinar del Río (14-15) playing against Ciego de Ávila (18-14), while Isla de la Juventud (17-14) deals with Camagüey (12- 21).
