Cuba participates in the Pan American triathlon Cup in Puerto Rico

Three Cuban athletes began their training at Punta Guilarte, Puerto Rico, home of the Pan American Cup of the discipline, which have confirmed their participation 32 competitors from 12 countries.
Cuban team includes Michel Gonzalez, principal figure, and the women Lisandra Amat and Leslie Hernandez, bronze medalist at the Central American and Caribbean Games in Veracruz 2014.
Besides Cuba, with three representatives, other teams with many contestants secured so far are the United States, with nine, local (5) and Guatemala (4), while Costa Rica and Colombia will have two.
The Puerto Rican Olympic travel fair will have a 500 thousand meter swim, 40 km bike and 10 career event will award points to cumulative continental ranking for the appointment of Toronto, in July, and for Rio de Janeiro 2016 Olympic Games.
