Turkish President visits Cuba

General Raul Castro in Havana led the act of official welcome to President of Turkey, the Islamist Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
"After reviewing the guard of honor (...), the leaders greeted the representatives of the delegations from both countries before talks", official media reported.
Turkish President hoped to speak with the authorities on the construction of two mosques on the island, one in Havana and one in Santiago de Cuba.
On his first trip to the region, Erdogan travels accompanied by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Mevlüt Çavucoglu; Economíak, Nihat Zeybekci; Agriculture, Livestock and Food, M. Mehdi Eker, and Culture and Tourism, Ömer Çelik, and several businessmen.
The Turkish president also plans to explore Havana possibilities of increasing bilateral trade in sectors such as agriculture, biotechnology, medical services and transport, including direct flights from the airline of your country, Turkish Airlines, according to Turkish media.
