Supermodel Naomi Campbell has apologized to NBC News after hitting a camera during a fit of rage outside the Hotel Nacional de Cuba in Havana

"Sorry for what happened. It was all a big misunderstanding. Please forgive me," Campbell afternoon said in a telephone interview on Thursday.

Campbell complained of being recorded outside the National Hotel during her trip to Cuba.

"Why are you filming me? Stop recording. Do not do it!"

Naomi Campbell has been accused of several attacks in the past.
