The French company Warwick International Hotels & Resorts (WIH) took its first steps in Cuban tourism with management and marketing contracts of Cayo Santa Maria Resort and Naviti Varadero Resort Warwick Hotels.
The extension of the portfolio of WIH responded to an interest of Gaviota Group, a major in the tourism sector in Cuba, which was seeking an experienced brand based in Europe to manage a new beach resort in Cayo Santa Maria and the old Allegro Varadero resort.
Warwick Cayo Santa Maria Resort Hotel will be opened in June 2015 and is designed as a 5 star property, all inclusive. It will have seven restaurants, nine bars, children club, swimming pool, tennis courts, several beach activities and diving.
Varadero Naviti Resort Hotel (formerly Allegro Varadero) is an all inclusive 4 star hotel, in the Hicacos peninsula in Varadero. Perfect for families and couples to enjoy their five restaurants and bars, entertainment center, two swimming pools, children club, tennis courts and outdoor entertainment.
