Kasiviswanathan Shanmugam, Singapore ’s Foreign Affairs Minister, highlighted today in this city the development of Cuba in medicine, science and technology, collaboration possibilities he is exploring in his official visit to the island.
He also acknowledged the prestige of Cuban doctors in the world, an area in which his government is interested, he said.
