Bishop Oscar Cantu of Las Cruces, in the State of New Mexico, and chairman of the International Justice and Peace of the Conference of Catholic Bishops, expressed support for the legislative proposal "Export Freedom to Cuba 2015", sponsored by Sen. "We hold that the way to promote religious freedom and human rights in Cuba is through dialogue and reconciliation between the US and Cuba and in Cuban society.
