The behavior of the migratory flow between Cuba and Mexico and the balance of the implementation of bilateral migration agreement were central themes of the just-concluded Tenth Meeting of the Working Group on Migration and Consular Affairs Cuba-Mexico, held between June 22 and 23 at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico. In the event negotiations to update the Memorandum signed in 2008, after the new immigration regulations existing in both countries, were also concluded.
