The National Center of Plastic Arts of Cuba and the Collage Habana Gallery of the Cuban Fund of Cultural Assets (FCBC by its Spanish acronym) launched the call for the third edition of the great sale of Contemporary Cuban Art (Post-It) to be inaugurated on September 11 in Havana. With the structure of a contest, the aim of Post- It is to make visible the artistic production of the young Cuban artists, so that all artists under 35 years old are invited to participate and sell their work in institutional spaces of the organizers. The jury will grant as many awards as it considers. The prizes consist on the acquisition of works up to 3000 CUC; delivery of materials for creation amounting to 1500 CUC and the possibility of making a personal exhibition in one of the galleries of the National Arts Centre. The projects will be received throughout the month of July by a jury of recognized Cuban experts, curators and artists.
