Coinciding with the visit of Secretary of State John Kerry to Cuba on August 14 for hoisting the American flag at the US Embassy in Havana, the consular section of Washington on the island announced changes in the consular interviews.
A note posted on its website explains that all interviews scheduled and confirmed for the 10, 13 and 14 August 2015 for Non-Immigrant Visa (NIV) are being reprogrammed by the consular services.
- August 10 to August 29, 2015 (Saturday)
- 13 and 14 August to September 4, 2015 (Friday).
K1 interviews and SB1 - 10, 12 and 13 August, 2015
All interviews scheduled and confirmed for the 10, 12 and August 13, 2015 for beneficiaries Visa Fiancé (e) (K1) and Returnees Resident (SB1) are being rescheduled:
- August 10 to August 21, 2015 (Friday).
