Customers of US mobile company Verizon Wireless can easily connect from Cuba from next week, the US company announced on its digital portal.
Through the "Pay-As-You-Go" option for international travelers, Verizon offers a wireless connection that includes chat, calls, messaging and data transfer for its users on the island.
"Our customers are world citizens, and we want them to enjoy a great experience of Verizon wherever they travel," said Javier Farfan, vice president of marketing at the company. "By offering international services during a trip to Cuba, we are making it simple and easy for our customers to stay connected wherever and whenever they want," he added.
