As in previous years, Cubans may participate in the Diversity Visa Program 2017 in the United States, the registration period began on October 1st and will run until noon on November 3rd.
 "It is a program that annually provides 55,000 Diversity Immigrant Visa chosen at random from all those who meet stringent requirements in countries with low immigration to the United States. Cubans are eligible to apply for this program," said the Facebook page of the US Embassy in Cuba.
Those interested in participating in the Diversity Visa Program 2017, must complete the application in the digital page www.dvlottery.state.gov, and once completed the form will receive a confirmation number for the request.
From May 3, 2016, the applicants may review the results at the site www.dvlottery.state.gov. For this they need the unique confirmation number that was assigned at the time of registration, and personal data.
