Raul Castro receives PM of Slovakia

Cuban President Raul Castro, received the Prime Minister of the Slovak Republic, Robert Fico, on Thursday afternoon.
At Revolution Building, in a cordial atmosphere, the two heads of state verified the positive state of bilateral relations and coincided in potentials for their development. Likewise, they tackled other topics of common interest on the international agenda.
Miroslav Lajcak, Deputy PM and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs; Peter Kazimir, Deputy PM and Minister of Finances, and Ladislav Straka, Slovak ambassador to Cuba, accompanied the distinguished visitor.
Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez and Cuba’s ambassador to the Slovak Republic, Loipa Sanchez, also represented the Caribbean island at the meeting.
