Army General Raul Castro, President of the councils of State and Ministers, met on Friday with the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, who is on a visit to the island.
In the atmosphere of fraternity and mutual confidence characterizing the excellent relations between the two countries, the heads of state spoke about different topics on the bilateral agenda and about current international events.
Also participating in the meeting was Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez.
