Italian airline interested in making flights to tourist resort in Central Cuba

The Italian airline Neos explores the possibility of flights to the central Cuban province of Villa Clara, the main tourist attraction is its northern coast, today with the arrival of the first flight of the company to that area of the Caribbean island, according to official media.
Some 200 tour operators and travel agents from Milan, Italy, arrived on the flight to Abel Santamaria international airport in that territory, interested in service quality and variety of the tourist offer of the keys of the northeast of the island, known for its unspoilt beaches.
The goal of the "exploratory" trip would be "to strengthen the Italian market" to Villa Clara in the "high season" for tourism in Cuba, which coincides with the Cuban winter.
