Washington and Havana agree to boost collaboration related to security

Cuban and US officials agreed to boost bilateral collaboration in issues related to security, such as the fight on terrorism, drug trafficking, money laundry and trafficking in persons.
According to the Cuban Foreign Ministry, the meeting was held in a respectful and professional environment as the two side agreed to find ways to fight transnational crime. They also addressed issues related to cyber-security and outlaws of both nations.
The two parties agreed to follow up on the current dialog and hold technical meetings between agencies of the two nations on law enforcement.
