In the new context of reestablishment of Cuba-United States relations and politics of the Cuban government to open to foreign investment, the tourism sector seems to be the most interesting among foreign companies.
The Canadian company 360 VOX waits its turn for 20 years to build a golf course with 27 holes; four luxury hotels and 2,700 apartments for foreigners in an investment that will reach 1.400 billion.
The company, directed by Guy Chartier, has 2.5 miles of lush pristine beaches just 65 kilometers from Havana to carry out a project, which year after year has slowed, but now has a start date the second half of 2017.
