Celebrated US rock artist Jon Bon Jovi toured for three days historic centers in Havana as well as night entertainment places and confessed his interest in performing on the island, the Granma daily reported.
The well-known vocalist, guitarist and music producer, accompanied by his wife and several friends, visited on Sunday afternoon the facilities of the Cuban Art Factory (FAC), where he was given details about the work carried out there and spoke with some fans and with musicians X Alfonso and David and Ernesto Blanco, and with film producer Inti Herrera.
Before leaving Cuba on June 19, the 54-year-old musician expressed his interest in giving a concert on the island and said jokingly that "the Rolling Stones beat me to it."
Jon Bon Jovi also talked about his new album This House Is Not for Sale, and invited the Cuban musicians he spoke with at the Factory to listen to some of its songs.
This House Is Not for Sale is the 14th CD by Bon Jovi and represents a return to his beginnings, explained the vocalist.
The artist is now preparing an international tour for next year, during which he will promote his new album.
