Actress Iris Pérez took to her social media platforms to address public concerns about the health of her brother-in-law, Cuban actor Jorge Alí.

In an Instagram post, the wife of fellow actor Omar Alí clarified that the artist, known for his popular character Beto on the comedy show "Punto G," is not suffering from any illness.

"Friends: Thinness is not synonymous with illness. Short hair does not mean illness either. I know there's a lot of affection behind the concerns, but rest assured, as far as we know, everything is fine," the actress wrote in the post's description.
