The Ministry of Energy and Mines of Cuba has announced that the fire that broke out on Friday in the fuel tank of the Antonio Guiteras Thermoelectric Plant in Matanzas has been completely extinguished. "Foam is running over the tank dome, and they say it's good news. The fire is almost out," stated the Radio 26 station on their Facebook page.
